AABP exchange of online Book of Lists
Welcome to AABP's digital Promotion Information Exchange (PIE). Submitted material (media kits) has been posted on AABP’s website at www.bizpubs.org/pie. You will also see this link in the upper right corner of the home page if logged in. You log in by entering the user name and password you chose. If you don’t remember those, click on, Forgot Your Password? to have them sent to you via email (or contact Barton Ortberg). AABP has designated participants’ online records so only they will be able to view and/or download everyone’s materials to print. If you didn’t contribute, you won't have access to view the material online.

Each quarter, a new PIE is announced. Once new submissions are posted, previous files will no longer be accessible. So it’s important that you view and download what you want before that quarter ends. We want all member publications to participate. Send your e-mail now to avoid missing the deadline.

Upcoming PIE Theme
For the next exchange, we're asking for the URL of where your Book of Lists is posted online. We can't take the actual Book of Lists due to file size limits, so please just email us with the website address where it's posted online. Please send that by May 31, 2013 to AABP Staff Associate Barton Ortberg at bart.ortberg@dowdenmanagement.com. You can also submit a .jpg image, Word or Excel file with relevant content to be included, if it's less than 4mb.

Register by May 20 to take advantage of early bird rates.

Publications Display
As always, the Publications Display near the registration desk will be a popular attraction this year. Members are encouraged to ship 50-75 copies of your publication to be displayed. Your packages should be shipped to arrive no earlier than three days before the Conference and should be addressed as follows:

Please be sure you ship your publication in such a way that you can track them and be sure that you have the tracking information with you when you arrive in Nashville. It will also help if the name of your publication is on the outside of the box (instead of your printer's name). The hotel will not charge you for the first five boxes. After that, there's a $5/box handling fee.
